Be the Difference

“The best critique of the bad is the practice of the good.”

To me this quote is saying, "Don't be a hypocrite."

If someone is doing something you consider 'bad', don't perpetuate it.

Because if you didn't like it to begin with, then why would you do it to someone else?

If I complain about someone else's actions, then turn around and behave the same way, I'm being hypocritical.

We get to choose whether we will fall into the same trap, or whether we will at least try and change it.

Will you do nothing but become a tool - an extension - of the machine?

Or will you fight and say, "I'm not falling for your false promises and your lies."

Will you give in, and let the machine consume you?

Or will you stand firm, and be the difference?
