Dena told me:

There’s no intimacy

without intention.

Today,

here and now,

I set my intention

to be present,

to feel every cell

pressing against

this lush Presence

that presses against me,

flows through me,

fills me,

flows from me—

to you.

Today,

here and now,

having set my intention,

having felt this raw intimacy,

of the Now,

I am left awed and humbled by it All.
