Earth Mudra

How rare it is to touch the earth with our skin. But essential. I learn this from the Buddha whose mudra is a hand touching Earth. I follow that lead, placing my hands in dirt. I feel you Sister Earth. I remember our kinship. You tell me I misspoke before. “Earth Mudra isn’t a hand touching earth. It is a hand reconnected with its Source. Welcome home, brother.”
